The App uses GPS location in real-time to display marine points of interest relative to your position. This data is:

Used only while the App is actively running

Billing

For the Play Store version, in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google may collect payment information subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Permissions

Camera — Used for augmented reality overlay display only. Photos are saved to your device, never uploaded.
Location — Used to show nearby marine points of interest. Never stored or transmitted.
Internet — Used for billing verification only. No tracking or analytics.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
