Whats Down There ("the App") is developed by BCAppsDev LLC. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Account credentials
Photos or camera images (photos are saved only to your device)
Browsing history or app usage analytics

Location Data

The App uses GPS location in real-time to display points of interest relative to your position. This data is:

Used only while the App is actively running
Never stored, logged, or transmitted to our servers
Never shared with third parties

Map Downloads

Map databases are downloaded from our Cloudflare R2 storage to your device. Your IP address is visible to Cloudflare's CDN infrastructure as part of normal internet routing, but we do not log or track which maps you download.

Billing

For the Play Store version, in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google may collect payment information subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

For the website version, payments are processed by Paddle. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

Camera — Used for augmented reality overlay display only. Photos are saved to your device, never uploaded.
Location — Used to show nearby points of interest. Never stored or transmitted.
Internet — Used to download map databases. No tracking or analytics.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
